"Misleading charges. "

Advertised as get your C.V. checked for free, any edits were chargable. Option came up as £2.95 for 14 days use. I thought yeah ok why not. Downloaded the C.V. then thought nothing about it. Check my bank and there is a pending £16.95 charge ready to go. Not at any point was there any info stating that would happen. Their website even shows get 1 month free then a subscription would kick in. I was led to believe my £2.95 gave me 14 days access and would then end.
Very misleading and bordering on miss selling so will probably report accordingly.

"Don't bother, it's a scam."

It's a good service, but it's a scam. You think you are paying once and then you start to pay for a monthly subscription without notice.

Edit: I got to speak with the customer support and canceled my subscription. I didn't receive any emails with billing information: if you access the website, you know. Otherwise you don't. I wouldn't risk using this service again.

Same issue as other users. Take a one off small fee £1.95 then take £16.95 per month without notice.
To their credit they have listened to my complaint and are reimbursing me with the £16.95, so fair play to them on their customer service
