This was the worst experience ever. I put a stop on my back account and they managed to get round that and take more money. I cancelled the subscription through a chat box today but still don't believe that they will stop taking money. I will have to cancel my credit card because even issuing a new card will not stop this s company taking money from my account. Avoid them at all costs. Absolutely dreadful company.

I have just called customer service to help with an error in a cancellation of my subscription and them taking money out of my account which I could not afford - the man I spoke to - Diego - was incredibly rude, if I tried to ask a question was talking over me, kept asking me if I found a job which I haven’t I told him that I would not like to speak about that with him and that’s not why I was calling- he kept pushing it telling me he’s only asking if I have a job and made me feel so uncomfortable, between that and talking over me and being patronising and sarcastic I started crying and he told me I was stupid for crying :) worst person I think I’ve ever spoken with. I am young and out of a job and didn’t need that money taken from me but instead of having a normal conversation with customer service I got belittled and and talked down to

absolute shit and dodgy as every other review on here says, never use my perfect cv i originally paid about £3 for the subscription then cancelled it straight away as i was done with my cv. About a month later I got charged £16.95. You have no way of contacting them as their line doesnt work and they dont respond to emails.
I am currently on the phone with my bank to get a refund and cancel my subscribtion to this shit website

Just another scam website! If you’re going to charge extra money just say so. It signs you up to a subscription without you agreeing and then charges you £16.95 without consent. Stay away from the site, it’s a scam.
