Easy to use and looks professional. My computer skills are pretty basic but I did manage to edit and improve my CV. Was super easy to do the initial setup.

I sent them two inquiry emails and requested a refund, and I did not get any reply or any explanation!!

"Do Not Use"

Do Not Use! I used my perfect CV to create an up to date CV, was happy to pay £2.95 for the new copy, but was completely unaware that they had signed me up for a subscription. Not only have they managed to take the £16.95, but found out they have attempted to take it on several occasions after talking to my bank.
When trying to call them, first they try to throw you off with a automated message that your call can not be connected, but when you finally get through to someone, I kept being told they had no details about my account/transaction but can confirm my last four digits of my card. Also very frustrating eggar to convince you it’s down to your bank to issue refund.
Apparently my situation has been escalated and I should hear back from them regarding my refund, let’s see what happens.

This is a huge scam! Be very careful. I signed up for 2 weeks, for £2.95, then cancelled. I recently discovered they have taken £16.95 from me every 4 weeks. I have requested a refund. I will update when I hear from them.
