Complete scam. Used there contact us page to immediately cancel after 1 day of free trail and they still took a subscription payment off my bank. Can’t get through to customer service phone either.edit finally got through to customer services and was issued a refund

Yesterday, I noticed a $23 charge for a subscription that was applied two weeks after my initial $2 purchase for a resume. I immediately requested a refund and politely asked to cancel the subscription. Shortly after, I received a response confirming that a refund had been issued, the subscription was canceled, and I would not be billed further. The customer support team was polite, precise, and very prompt in addressing my concerns.

complete scam, make you believe your paying for a CV template then set up a sub which gets sent to your junk folder so they can help themselves to your money.
The answer below is a copy and paste complete lie. All I got was an email receipt which went straight to my junk folder. If you read the other 1 star reviews you'll see. Their website now says FREE which is just unbelievable. This is a common scam called subscription trap and is illegal.
