They stole my money which i did not agree to.I wanted to downloads aCV and a new window popped up that asked me to pay £1.95.once o did it said i could access and download the CV and that was July.4 months later they started taking money off my account 16,95 .I queried this now they are claiming to have sent me an email which i never saw.

As I read these comments, it seems I was fooled, as many people here.

I just wanted to create a cv which I was happy to pay the 2.95 fee or so for it. I was not aware that I was enrolled in a subscription (also, if I receive emails noticing about a subscription which I did not agree to set, doesn't mean I have to be charged for not cancelling it. I am not obliged to read all emails from anyone). I believe that paying £2-3 to create a CV is this company's trick to automatically create a subscription using your payment method. They excuse themselves saying they noticed you by email.
Complete refund was not proceed and I am waiting now for a partly refund of my money which were like stolen. This company (if wishes to be fair) should revise the advertisement and online info when people pay.

I believe this should be illegal and stopped.
