A few days ago, I created a CV using your site and at that time, I paid you 7 SAR. Now, a few days later, I have noticed that 92 SAR has been automatically deducted from my account without my consent. You have acted like a big thief!

I didn’t realise they took a monthly fee and with no warning they took €25 out my account….i rang and cancelled but no refund….its abit of a scam…!!!!

I used one off CV rewriting and paid. However they trapped that there was membership fee monthly afterwards. And drew money from my account without notifications. And refused refund.

Really disappointed with this company. I paid £1.95 to download my CV as I'm currently out of work and thought it was a manageable price. Little did I know, they'd signed me up to a rolling subscription and have charged me £16.95. I received no confirmation email for the £1.95 purchase let alone the £16.95. I feel completely blind sighted. I would expect a little more compassion from a company that is primarily helping people out of work - as I do not have £16.95 to spend. I have bills to pay and a baby to feed. I have contacted customer service but no reply, shock. I would not recommend at all.

"Little Adobe Payment Scheme"

Their payment scheme is taken from the Adobe Playbook. They say you're just buying 14 days, but they secretly put you on a subscription and if you cancel it before the fact they also take away your 14 days despite paying.
