"Well they insisted I gave my debit card…"

Well they insisted I gave my debit card to print a CV. It didn’t work lost all my data. They then unbeknown took £16 every 4 weeks for 6 months until I realised. Scam American company with renewal until you stop it.

So pleased that I read the small print before paying for 1 day access. The one day access is actually a rolling subscrition that is over four times the price (per month) charged first after 14 days and then continues until it is cancelled online. Surely, they would make more money out of legitimately charging for 1 day access instead of scamming people in such a way that customers do not use MyPerfectCV at all.

"Dodgy and Fraudulent"

Too bad I can't give a zero rating.
I'm not surprised to read the exact complaint regarding the £16.95 deduction. I was initially charged £1.95 which I am aware so I cancelled my subscription right after I downloaded the CV. Two weeks after, I was charged £16.95. Customer service (second attempt) made it appear that my 2 week "free trial" has ended when in the first place I already cancelled my subscription after being deducted £1.95. YES, I created the account 2 weeks before but that doesn't mean I subscribed! Their clever tactic is to charge you 2 weeks after you created your account even though you did not subscribe or have already unsubscribed. A lady from customer service (probably a rookie) even have to drop the call mid conversation because she could not explain why I was deducted.
These people should stop this abysmal and pathetic way of gaining profit.
Will definitely dispute this transaction.

They took £16.95 from my bank account without any reason, I don’t even have an account with this people, I checked all my emails just to see if I’m wrong.

Don’t even know who they managed to get my bank details, thanks to them now I blocked my card and I reported them to the bank.
