Would genuinely give 0 stars if I could. Company keeps taking £16.95 out of my account and when I challenge them about it they claim they can't access the online details so can't rectify. I will have to contact my bank AGAIN!!!!

I used my perfect cv to create my cv. I paid £1.95 for this. I did not realise I will be charged after 14 days, I assumed it will be next month. I called to cancel my subscription & was advised have already been charged £16.95. Spoke with someone named Jerry. He said just for you I can drop the price to just over £3 per month & refund you £8. Advised I just went onto Trustpilot & seen the reviews, a lot of people have done this & for a refund. He told me he can’t do this. I said I don’t want to go into trustpilot as it will affect your rating. He said that’s the only option, so here I am. Can I please get that amount refunded. I have been so ill as I explained to Jerry, but still not much help. This is just ridiculous customer service over the phone
