I need to change my details because all the time , this website upload automatically details from any cv do you make it. And I have a terrible problem to create new cv.
Definitely i don’t recommend them.

I done a cv on the site must been a free trail don't remember anywhere saying I signed up a subscription and absolutely crazy amount of €25 a month! Absolutely criminal I made a cv then grand only noticing now months later been charging me €25 euro a month for what ? To build a CV absolute con company knows exactly what they are doing set you up on the dearest possible plan some how through default and know right no one is going to go back onto the site again because they have their cv made and hope they don't notice the absolutely insane price of €25 euro a month charge. Not the only person this has happened to either disgraceful.

I paid for the 14day all access, and they keep asking me to pay again before I can download it. I have emailed them 3 times to report and to take my bank details off as I obviously dont want a subscription but they have not replied. I am going to need to cancel my C Card in order to stop this

I joined a free trial to do a cv for a family member on cancelling the company offered a longer trial of a month but still charged me £16.99, which caused me to be overdrawn! I emailed company who ignored my explanation of what had happened & then responded stating subscription was cancelled but I would need to delete my own data, with no mention of refund for amount taken or explanation just generic response. The service is not worth £16.99, I already paid £3.50 for the extending the trial. Not happy & will be taking the matter further! Avoid better companies out there who just charge a one of fee & that’s it not £16.99, a month! Company has refunded amount thank you

"Be warned! "

Unfortunately this has been a nightmare. Paid for a 1 off to help my son now I’ve £16.99 coming out of my account. They themselves can’t find me on their systems and are asking for my bank details and statements. I’ve been into my bank today who have stopped all payments from them and luckily are compensating me. Don’t use!!!
