I made a free cv from here and while downloading the cv it shows £1.95 that I already pay but after 2 weeks they charged me another £17. I haven't even used it for second time and they charged me. I need my money back please. I wouldn't even recommend this to any of my friend this is like a fraud.

No way to cancel unless you email them! They continued to take £16.95 from my account for creating once trial CV. Do not use them, there are other sites you can have a free trial and cancel online.

I was charged £16.95 after 14 days because I forgot to cancel subscription. First pay was £2.95.. I called customer service to see what happened and he explained to me. Then I told him that I want my money back first of all I don't need to be subscribed for something you need once in while and secondly I aint gonna pay £16.95 for a CV that could have been made for free using ChatGBT. He told me that I will pay £3 and the rest from those £16.95 will be refunded and I am about to recieve an email. NO email was sent and NO money was refunded. Customer Service LIED to me on the phone. This site is a SCAM don't trust them, use chat gbt.

I recently used the CV Perfect site to create a CV and made a payment of 6 AED using a friend's debit card.(533191*******3017) Card ID (I10014****5162) Holder Name Visakh Karthikeyan. (FAB Bank). United Arab Emirates.
Unfortunately, my friend has noticed an unauthorized charge of 89.95 AED from their account over the past three months, which they attribute to this transaction.Given this situation, my friend is requesting a full refund of 287.85 AED to cover the erroneous charges. And pls unsubscribe the service from his bank account. Could you please assist in resolving this issue and process the refund at your earliest convenience?

Great templates but when you try and cancel they just ignore you. Took 5 months of payments from me. I have raised over phone and email multiple times I want to cancel.

When you get on the phone with them, they pretend they can not hear you and hang up. That is after you wait 30 minutes to be connected.

It was very disappointing that i was charged £16.95 just in 14 days of my subscription. But thanks to the customer executive who helped me and told me that he will give me a refund and will be only £3.00 for 4 weeks. The customer executive was very polite and helpful.
