Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to write a CV, they do all the work, ask you what your title was and fill in the blanks, i felt ive done alot for my current employer and they put all of it into words, if there's an additional charge after cancelling I'll happily pay as long as it doesn't keep going, Cvs aren't always easy but they were amazing

I spent a great deal of time preparing a "Free" CV - only when I had completed this was I forced to pay a fee to access/download. I paid this, not realising that your bank card details are used to take monthly subscription amounts.
I tried emailing using the contact us form on their website to request a refund and cancel any subscription I had set up without knowing. I received no reply. I then had to telephone to request this, but the advisor keeps you on the phone asking lots of questions, and won't move onto the cancellation until you have answered these. They'll probably be a bill phone bill to pay now.

The transaction was made with my card by mistake and was rectified a few minutes later. They replied that they were terminating it but they haven't refunded any money. It's not that I haven't received the refund, it's that they haven't offered it to me. Although I have already opened a dispute with my bank. Sounds like a scam.
