"RUN ! (Updated)"

I don't know where I subscribed with those people, but every month I see charges on my bank account with MyperfectCv Co Uk. I've tried every single website associated with them and every single account that i might subscribe with and had no luck finding where this subscription is coming from.

Please, if you encounter this, run as far as possible, till now i've lost more than 190 US Dollars absolutly over nothing

To be honest they contacted me and refunded the amount in 5 days.

Seems too good to be true because it is! Great for building a cv - loads of options and easy to use.
But the price jumps up from a few pounds to nearly 20 quid very quickly and then it took ages to cancel. I was kept on the phone for nearly 15 minutes whilst the guy tried to convince me not to cancel. I did in the end but they didn't make it easy.

Customer service is non existent- I have reached out 5 times in the last two weeks to cancel my subscription and I have not yet heard back. Seems more like a scam than anything

I feel like I have been scammed, I called to cancel my account within a week and was told they could not, after that they are collecting my hard earned money twice a month, 16 pounds by 2, I've lost more than 120 pounds all in all, if you would kindly refund I would be grateful

Scam company stealing your money from your account monthly, they charged me almost 17£ 6 month for nothing, I didn’t use their service during this time.
