Signed up for a £1.95 one off charge to updated my CV to have £16.95 deposited from my account 2 weeks later without my consent. Why they have stored my banking details without my consent & without signing up for a monthly subscription is beyond me!! Clearly scam artists! I WANT MY REFUND!

I recently used this company to do a one off CV. I was charged £1.95. Less than two weeks later I noticed a pending transaction on my account for the amount of £16.95 from this company.

I never agreed to a monthly subscription and was never asked to subscribe; so I was shocked to find that they have done this without my permission!

I have contacted my bank and they have informed me they will investigate. They have also temporary refunded me the £16.95 until further investigations and blocked this company from taking any future payments.

I am also seeking legal advice myself, as this company must cease to exist!!

Advertise as free, then you spend 4 hours doing a CV to be told its going to cost you. why not say this at the beginning. based on the rest of the reviews, looks fake anyway.

It is great service for cv making. I have done my cv and I paid for it. Around £3 for month. I have cancelled my subscription still I have been debited £16.95. They say it is for month and you debit the account before the month for whole year subscription fee. I have sincere request to refund the amount. I am been trying to call on the no provided. No one is answering. Please be responsive atleast. I would have given 5 star as well.

I used My Perfect CV to update my CV and paid them for that. Unbeknown to me at the time their last email to me stated at the bottom that if not cancelled within 14 days an automatic subscription would be entered into at £16.95/month. It took me less than 4 months to realise this and tried to make contact with them by email to seek clarity as to why I had been charged £16.95 x 8!. I have now emailed them 5 times seeking an explanation but they refuse to give me one stating that I have disputed the charges with my bank and that they will no longer talk to me!.
