"AVOID AT ALL COSTS, CLEARLY SCAMMERS"

As per many of the reviews I too was charged for a subscription I never signed up for, impossible to get hold of anyone and clearly not a legitimate company, no online chat, all communication via phone holds and American voice wanting you to put your phone number with a pound sign at the end, payment for my perfect CV showing on bank balance as livecareer. 2 different account numbers yet unable to find my transactions. Wanted last 4 digits of card number, then they wanted the first six numbers or a 3 way call to the bank. Addresses on the bottom of every email anywhere but UK.
After much complaining I've been promised a partial refund and my subscription cancelled. I won't hold my breath just yet

"Make subscription more obvious before people use site."

At no point do they mention a subscription. You spend x amount of time making cv only to be asked for money. This should be more obvious before you begin.

Please be aware, my partner used this site and we cancelled the direct debit, they then used another company name to take 2 further payments. I made contact with them, and as of yet am still awaiting contact and refund. Please keep an eye on your bank accounts.

"SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY"

I was happy to pay a small amount for my cv but i noticed they tweaked my CV with spelling errors, changing my area i lived. I was not allowed to edit it and then when trying to cancel the subscription i did not know i was applying for (£16 a month after my first £1 fee!!) they reluctantly cancelled my subscription after trying to haggle me down to £4 then £3 then £2. And i do not believe that they have cancelled it, then proceeded to refuse to send the cancellation to my correct correct email (that they had changed in the first place) and told me to write it down instead. This place is a scam, and they will get money out of you.

I have been charged last year and since that I am being sending emails to cancel the subscription but no response and now this year again they are charging me with also no response so apparently it is a fraud DONT SUBSCRIBE
As it’s very hard to communicate and having a quick response and that’s their way of fraud to not have a way to unsubscribe easily or online chat
