I payed for cv one time for a couple of pound and I was generally happy with the result. I forgot about it and it turned out that I activated the subscription that charged me about 20 pounds every month for nothing. There was no information that such thing is going to happen. Please, stay away from this app.

I would give 0 stars if I could... I applied to work on my CV just once for a month, as I needed it to apply for a course since March 2024. They have refused to cancel my subscription despite my applying twice in 2024 for it to be discontinued; they keep taking £16.95 from my account every month for a year now. This March they have taken it twice, on the 1st and 17th of March! For doing absolutely nothing! The contact number on their website doesn't connect. Emails don't get replied to, and they have made it so you can't just deactivate the subscription on their website. This is so shady! How is this ok??!
