Signed up and payed for a CV. After reading reviews online that you are signed up to a subscription I send a query via the website to confirm I do not want to enter into a subscription. £16.95 was still taken from my account and after calling the call centre was told the subscription was not cancelled.

I used this to create a cv, stating it was free. I had to buy my cv and then they signed me up for a monthly subscription. I tried to cancel online and ended up having to call up, it was not a good experience, they charged me again to cancel the subscription. Avoid

I used this service and thought i had paid a one off fee, unfortunately they have been taking £16.95 each month since with out my knowledge. i just saw it has come from my credit card details. I now read that this has happened to others. Fraud? Very disappointed.

My wife spent 3 hours editing her CV, her chromebook ran out of power after plugging it in she then found that her updated CV had disappeared.
We have both hunted high and low and cannot find the updated work that she had put in even though she had saved it. Beware!!!

I applied paid to use the service for 14 days, however after the 14 days, Myperfectcv.co.uk continued to deduct money from my bank account without me extending the subscription. I've tried to call them to sort this out as I need the money they took out of my account, however I can't seem to get through to anyone.

Says it's free. Spent an hour to prep my cv, and when I tried to download, asked my card details... Not free. If you need a really free cv maker, use the europass. Legit and absolutely free. Not like this.

You took off my money from bank account. I demand my money back. Since october you have TAKEN money OFF my card till June. I subscribed for 2.95$ but I ve been charged for 24$. HOW IS it POSSIBLE?
Only today I saw that you have done it several months. Send my money backYou are not professional! The customer service is awful, they don't reply emails.
