It’s an ok website, but the way their trial is offered is very misleading for all customers, they charge you the full monthly price even though you cancel your subscription… I still haven’t received my refund and the response that I have got is that I won’t be billed in the future ? This is not acceptable for a company like this to mislead it’s customers.

I don't recommend anyone. My; perfect CV doesn't help. I have emailed several times before the week before I took a subscription. I emailed them for a refund, but they didn't reply. The only option was to contact my bank provider. This is the third time I have emailed them for the refund, as it's not helpful to me as it was addressed to me. If the money is not valuable for the future week, the money will be refunded, but I can't see the response. If not, I need to contact my card provider and leave the reviews showing that you are committing fraud with the customer.

I used my perfect c.v and got the job I wanted unfortunately I was then charged for a subscription I didn't know I had and was charged £16.95 I cancelled straight away a the lady was really helpful on the phone but nothing was mentioned about a refund I am not at all happy and I would not recommend this website to anyone I know
