It’s a con they do not advertise the fact you will be charged after a week. Initial payment is a small amount but then £16 is deducted from your bank after approx 1week. No where that I can see on the web site does it state about the charges. Would never use again !

I tried to cancel my subscription but can't see any way at all to do that online even in my account.

Emailed them on 1st April to cancel. No response and now they've just taken another months worth from my account of £16.95. AVOID! They make it as difficult as possbile to cancel! Im still trying now. Will have to contact my bank!!

I notice they respond here if you leave a good review. But they don't bother if you don't. So - they are reading these.

Do not subscribe to their subscription, CAN NOT be cancelled. The only way is to cancel your bank card and get a placement one from your bank. Keep a close eye on your bank statements as they don’t email you that you have been billed.

Avoid, find an alternative. There are other sites, with honest service. I paid £3 something for a finite period, nowhere was written anything about subscription, thieves, and after I got £16.95 retracted from my account, the annual subscription, liers. I always have an eye for this trial subscription trick, and nowhere was anything about it. I contacted them I talked to Esteban he was understanding but he only sent me back half o the money. Desperate way of making money. I asked them to delete my data they have and my account, they told me they opened a case, but nothing sure yet. I don't trust them. Will talk with the bank as well to not send money to these people in the future. Why not full refund if after that I never entered the site and never gave my accept for annual subscription? I also never have my bank data saved on any site, but they saved it without my accept.

I used MyPerfectCV UK for a 14 day trial period, cancelled with effect from 6 April 2024.
A charge of £29.90 was taken from my account 2 weeks later on 22 April for ‘stenographic and secretarial’ services. This was connected to perfectocv London which is a company I don’t know and have never subscribed to. I emailed this company directly several times and have never received a reply. I contacted MyPerfectCV as I had used their services and the charge could only have been connected to them. They said it had nothing to do with them.
As I had never heard of nor subscribed to perfectocv London and to have been charged £29.90 a short time after using MyPerfectCV is extremely dubious.
AVOID.
