I’ve been offered a a month trial for $3 NZD. And they started deducting $3 every alternative days nearly 5 times. I’ve enquired about this to the customer service via email but haven’t got any reply and I’ve to cancel my subscription without any other option and lost $15 NZD without using the portal much.

"Wrong Deceitful Scam"

Wrong Deceitful Scam. They charged me £4 for a 14 day version and I clearly selected DO NOT renew option and they wrongly charged me for £17 for month subscription. They are not even giving me my full refund. This is very wrong and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.

When I flagged it, they first gave me only half refund. It was only after I posted this review here, they gave me my remaining half refund. Regardless, I had too much hassle to edit just one resume.
