Had bike for week now all good.
The bike arrived well packed but there was a couple of holes in the packaging but inside it was well protected so no damage which was good.
The bike is well made and for an electric bike quite light.
Riding does feel like riding a non assisted bike with the useful assit up hills.
It rides well on some of the gravel roads I ride to work but you feel the bumps on the pot holes but that's normal.
The autonomy is good,get about the 100 km but I have the big battery .
The customer service is good up to now, communication good by WhatsApp.
Only negative I can think of is the welcome pack lights aren't so good ,huge front light ,back light last 2 mins before charging and reflectors for the spokes not good.Both lights have mini USB connectors not USB C.
It is nice they give you some Greece to Greece the front wheel when assembling
Assembly was easy by the way.
The bike is excellent and enjoying riding it.
The gears are good and the breaks are perfect.
Can really recommend the bike especially if you're looking for something made in Europe .All Italian made with the bam trek handle bars from France and the seat from France.

"To order NOKO Vulcano: a great experience and an even much better bike"

NOKO Vulcano was ordered 21st March and arrived on 16th April, so these are 21 days - BUT I had caused this 21 days (late order for extra Mudguards + Luggage Rack) and at every moment I got such a good contact and quick and friendly responds (per WhatsApp) by customer service also when I ordered 10 days later (31st March) Mudguards + Luggage Rack (sks) which were installed without any extra charge and customer service supported me so very well, even when I ordered it, so I safe shipping charge too - GREAT TEAM thank you very much for your patients as I decided so late for Mudguards + Luggage Rack.
But the best was the moment when FedEx delivered my completely assembled (normally 150€ extra charge) new bike in an enormous box so I only had to fix the pedals and handlebars, and for all this NOKO delivers the tools too. But NOKO paid shipping for me because as they declared: it´s for the delay (which was caused by my self ;-) ) normally your bike will be delivered in 14 days.
All components of NOKO Vulcano are so good chosen and every thing fits so well together - even as a picky Bavarian I really adore this high quality - Well done, thank you!!!
And till now I do not talk about all extra "gifts" that are delivered free: Bike computer BEELINE velo2, front- and rear lights, maintenance grease for chain, Bicycle bell and even the spoke reflectors (mandatory for Germany) WOW
First ride: I started cycling without e-boost because I´m used to cycle by my self all 60 years and it is so easy because this bike is even with the extra Mudguards + Luggage Rack very light (16kg) and has a great gear shift (by SDRAM) for 11 gears very easy and exact to use, so for example, you can cycle to the Biergarten without electrical support but in the evening when you ride back let you been "chauffeured" by this marvellous FSD 250kW motor in the rear wheel (no one sees it at first glance) - even if only you drink Spezi (Coke+Fanta) it´s so comfortable. "Don´t drink and drive/ride" please

Although on the packing it says made in Taiwan, thougt it was made in Italy. Little confusing.

Alles Bestens!!! Außergewöhnlich gut ist der NOKO-Kundenservice, der all meine Fragen von/vor der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung stets innerhalb eines Tages umfassend beantwortete. (Da könnten sich andere echt eine Scheibe davon abschneiden.) Und das Bike gefällt mir ebenso! Ein sehr schön verarbeitetes und leicht zu handhabendes Fahrrad eben, das nicht mit lästigem Übergewicht und unnötigen Gimmicks protzt und mit Motorunterstützung schon in der niedrigsten Unterstützungsstufe mehr als ausreichend Schub bietet. Und es fährt sich auch ohne Motor noch sehr angenehm. Die Lieferung erfolgte nach 14 Tagen ab Zahlung.

(Als VANMOOF-Geschädigter ist/war es mir auch durchaus wichtig, daß hinter dem noch jungen Start-up NOKO ein Unternehmen (TRA.FI.ME S.P.A.) mit längerer Erfahrung steht. Man merkt‘s dem Fahrrad und dem drumherum positiv an.)
