"Amazing bike - terrible support"
The bike is amazing. However there were significant delivery delays (several weeks) and the customer support was not reachable through any channel and no information was provided about the expected delivery date. I had to reach out to Noko's press office and threaten them with negative press to get a response. Some of the extra parts that were shipped with the bike were also the cheapest they could find on the market (for example the small orange reflectors that go among the spokes, they were not even compatible).
But again, these are small negative things compared to how good the bike is. The ride feels as good as much more expensive bikes, it's an amazing bike for this price.

"Recommended"
I have been riding the Noko Urban Ebike for over six months now. Very satisfied so far. The bike was delivered in good condition and the final assembly was very easy to carry out. Noko's customer service responds quickly and ensures quick follow-up to your questions. As far as I am concerned, it is a nice company to do business with, not only because of their bicycles but also as a company itself. Recommended!

"NOKO Urban - ein prima Bike"
Fahre nun ca. 1 Jahr und 2600 km das Noko Urban. Zuhause sowie in einigen Urlauben macht das Bike sehr viel Spaß und ist sehr zuverlässig.
Nebenbei gibt es sehr viele Gespräche (Fachsimpeln) mit anderen Bikern und Menschen, die einfach nur Fragen haben zum Bike!
Der Service vom Team von NOKO ist echt super.
Ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen!

"Absolutely gorgeous bicycle"
The bicycle was quickly assembled and delivered. The quality of the product seems to be very high and I love the deep green colour. The communication with the seller was efficient and sufficient.

"The bike is fantastic, but..."
The bike is fantastic, I would give 5 stars.
Directly after I received the bike, there was a new promotion, giving the Beelink Computer for free after purchasing a new bike. I asked the support, if they would let me take part on the promotion as well, because I just purchased a new Noko Bike and I am just a few days late. But they wouldn't do it. Ok, they offered me some percentage but that's not the case.
In my opinion a good support would do it for sure, if you purchased a bike for 2000 Euros and such a promotion starts directly after it.
UPDATE
Today I've got an email from the support team and they solved my problem. Finally I am very happy with their support and I updated the rating, because now they deserve a full star rating!

"Love this bike!"
Fit and finish is very nice. The bike rides quite nicely. Would have been nice to see an instruction sheet that tells you to download and open any and all manuals available for the bike and any component installed. Would have been nice to have an all Italian bike without any Chinese components (including tires). Cost would be higher but nobody has said Italian bikes are cheap.

Nook’s customer service was quick to answer all my questions and helped me to decide for the right size of the bike. The bike took about three weeks to arrive from Italy to Germany, but that was to be expected. The bike is great quality and I can only recommend it to everyone looking for a quality e-bike for a fair price!
