"NoKo Magma GRX"

After collecting the gigantic box swifly delivered by DHL, opening it and freeing the bike, I must admit I was amazed by the sleek design and smart green colour of the Magma !
It was no big fuss to fix the bar as everything else had already been done at the source in Sicily 👍
I took it out yesterday for a short 50k maiden ride on various terrain.
This bike rolls as smooth as silk, very confortable yet responsive even without E-Power. Back home, my battery had 70% remaining charge which is excellent autonomy-wise.
I'll carry on experimenting all the niceties of this dream machine.

"NOKOVULCANO - fantastisch"

Ich habe vor kurzem das NOKOVULCANO in der Größe L (grün mit schwarzer Gabel) erworben. Ein wirklich sehr schönes und auch anständig verarbeitetes Gravel-E-Bike. Elegant, schnell, agil und mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich habe mich anfangs mit der Online-Bestellung von Italien nach Deutschland schwer getan, aber dann ein Herz gefasst und es riskiert. Der Kontakt läuft über den Support in Whatsapp sehr gut, er reagiert sehr schnell (Federica) - ich habe auf Englisch kommuniziert, es geht aber auch auf Deutsch laut deren Aussage. Das einzig negative war die Unklarheit über den Versandzeitpunkt, den musste ich nach 1 Monat erfragen, dann kam es aber auch direkt. NOKO nimmt sich 20 Werktage zur Bearbeitung, das ist auch OK. Die Kommunikation über den Verlauf könnte besser sein, aber das ist alles, was ich an Kritik äußern möchte. Das Rad ist 100%ig schick und schön. Bislang habe ich natürlich keine Langzeiterfahrung, aber alles funktioniert solide, Antrieb, App, etc. Im Welcome-Package ist ein Starterset mit Lampen und Klingel drin, das ist ganz Prima. Einzig die Reflektoren für die Laufräder sind schrott, die sind mir direkt beim Einbau zerbrochen, aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit und nicht relevant. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Klare Empfehlung.
