The bike itself, is very well built. I’m more than happy with it.
Still waiting for one of the offers to arrive but situation was explained to me and I’m ok to wait (delay from supplier).

"Friendly and responsible company "

I ordered my bike in April and it was little bit thrilling time until getting the delivery confirmation. The customer Support was fast reacting to my questions and I felt always well supported and taken seriously.
By now the bike is not delivered but I'm looking forward to get it on the 7 of Mai around.
I can recommend this still young company, not so far by quality of the bike but by being responsible, pro active and very friendly!
I'm pretty sure that also the quality will be nice and I will update this review as far I can share my experience with the bike ;)

"The Volcano is a very good bike"

The Volcano is a very good bike. Light, engine works well as support, just the battery is a bit small on capacity (the promised 100 KM are not possible - more realistic are 60 km on flat ground). I still need to test it in the mountains. But overall I'm very happy as I mostly drive without engine support anyway :) .

"Young brand getting it right"

Found them on social media, loved the aesthetic but was hesitant with such a young company. Some details on their website seems a little contradicting, so I contacted them on Instagram. And from then on I started liking them more and more! Service is super swift and friendly! Despite some hesitation on my end I ended up deciding to by one of their bikes. When I saw the discount I had been eyeing had ended and asked about them they quickly offer to grant me a discount either way. Delivery was took less than two weeks and a large portion of that was in fact actual transport. The bike arrived in good condition and with very few required assembly steps which were easily helped by videos on the website.

If I’m completely honest there is still room for improvement, but I can’t give 4,5 stars and think a young company putting in so much effort and delivering such a polished product deserves the better rating as I am sure they’re willing to improve:
- try to avoid minor issues on the product pages, e.g. claiming that different configs of the bike weigh exactly the same (I get it’s heavier with a rack and fenders or a shifter, but please try to let us know how much)
- decide on a price and don’t do the “it’s on sale 90% of the time” thing that just looks a bit cheap
- consider a piece of paper with the most crucial setup info so I could set the bike up without phone/internet if needed

And then the bike itself:
PROs after a week
- looks gorgeous!
- high quality components
- standard components and mounts make it easy to do maintenance or change / add parts (as a bike enthusiast I love that)
- really great paint (mine is orange)
- feels really fast even without motor assist (off or above 25 km/h)

CONs
- the rack has these strange angles making the fit of my Ortlieb bags a bit awkward
- the stem is very short and I already bought a longer one (I knew this based on seeing a bike in person and thus decided on the smaller frame but knew I’d replace the stem)
- I still would have loved an integrated light solution
- while the pedals feel and look more premium than many that come with bikes they are still lower quality than most other parts on the bike. They honestly feel like they aren’t rotating very well and I wonder whether that is costing some performance




For all the CONs I think it might make sense to just add a few more options to customers which I understand is not a priority when you first get started. I hope this will become possible at some point!
