"Really cool hardcore sports bike"

Really cool bike, perfectly assembled and with good delivery. Love my NOKO Urban. Good bike, lightweigt and very sportive.

Pay attention, cause this is not the "Cruiser-Bike". Its a very radical sports-bike (Fitnessbike). Check the "stack to reach" relation, to know what to expect.

To say it one more time: Its really sportive, dont expect it to be a cruise sunday bike! Its a sports machine. If you like that, its the perfect fit and it really looks very agressive!

The Handlebar is way too wide, but its aluminium and you can easy shorten it to an adequate length.

My ordered Beeline Unit is missing, but this seems to be a problem with Beeline Company itself and not caused by NOKO, so it does not affect the rating.

Ich fahre seit Februar mit meinem Bike. Es ist wirklich super leicht vom Gewicht, gut handlebar und die Akkulaufzeit ist ideal.
Egal ob Steigung oder starker Gegenwind, es macht ganz einfach Freude zu fahren.
Lieferung hat perfekt funktioniert, fix fertig montiert, bis auf die Pedale und der Kontakt mit Noko Bike ist ideal.

Great Sicilian Start-up. I am truly amazed by the customers service! The bike i ordered had a technical problem and the NOKO team replaced it fully with a new one, reimbursed my bill at the bike garage and paid the customs expenses. The bike per se is great for me, i ride it daily to work and do approx. 24 km/day.

Delivery a bit to late, but great support and promptly reaction. The Quality of the bike is perfekt. I would buy again, at this dealer and in respect of the product.

"Delayed delivery "

I purchaded my bike during a promotion for a very good price. On the website a delivery time of 2 weeks was promoted. After 2weeks after I had to ask for the status, I was send a link the the AGBs where a longer delivery time was stated. After that Periode had passed I had to ask for an update again, more delay. While I fully understand the complexity of an undertaking like yours, transparency and pro active communication for me is key to customer satisfaction.
That said I would suggest to not promote unrealistic short delivery times and then not to actively inform the customer but rather wait for their complaints.

"The Noko Forza is a nice bike to ride…"

The Noko Forza is a nice bike to ride and i use it daily to commute to work and back (10km total). Well manufacured and no massproduction during the assembly. The production time took a couple of weeks longer then advertised and the colour red was different from the Candy Apple red as shown on the webstore. Noko is not proactive in giving information when the production time is exeeded but the product itself nevertheless is well crafted. Their sales support during office hours is on point. On social and mail. Im still waiting on the Beeline Velo wich is pending since february. The Fsa motor communicates well with the dedicated app. Im from a country that has more bikes then people and this is my first bike from Italy. Noko made me rethink the market for Europeans and it's posibilities.
