The headlight was broken in transit, so I'm looking forward to seeing how they handle a freight claim.

After a few hundred kilometres with my nokomagma I can say
that I am very satisfied with my purchase. The bike is the result of an excellent design phase and made with top-level components as well as some interesting solutions. Surely if it were from an already renowned and famous brand it would be sold at a much higher price. Therefore the quality/price ratio is excellent; the versatility and response of the engine and frame are definitely the strong point of my Nokomagma. Guaranteed fun on every surface and condition. I would like to say a few more words for the after-sales and customer service that responds carefully, precisely and quickly making you feel like the Customer and not just one of many. You can be proud of your work guys!

Very good value at reduced price and a nice looking bike with neatly integrated battery. The colour configurator on the website doesn't work so impossible to tell what the colours looked like on the bike and the sizing estimator also doesn't work, but customer services provided more info and pictures which helped with the decision and they were overall very good. Delivery took a bit longer than hoped, and the free beeline navigation device keeps giving error messages - its neat when it works, but seems very problematic. But it was free. Overall a pretty positive experience and I'm enjoying the bike.

Ordering was quite easy, even though :
- my payment failed several times, knowing that there was no issue on my bank, I even tried with a second card, which also failed, finally could pay by paypak (with the same card)
- I got wrong shipping information e-mail twice
Finally, I got the right shipping information and my bike arrived the right day, 2 weeks after ordering, from Italy, perfectly prepared and protected.
Addditional accessories that I ordered had been mounted before shipment, which was quite cool.
I could finally set up my bike in minutes !

"Nokovulcano ist super"

Mit gefällt mein Nokovulcano sehr gut. Entdecke mit ihm oft ohne jede E-Unterstützung die Oberpfalz und Nürnberg. Geht die Kraft zur Neige, ist mir der Gegenwind zu heftig oder der Berg....dann kommt der gute Support durch den E-Motor hinzu. Schön, ohne Motornutzung fährt sich das leichte Rad wie ein ganz normales gutes Gravel Bike. Leicht trägt es sich, wenn mal eine Treppe dran ist oder das Noko mal in die Bahn muss. Prima Gravel Bike. Demnächst kommt wohl für meine Lebensgefährtin noch ein Nokolife hinzu...
