Genuinely one of the worst estate agencies out there.

During tenancy we had multiple property managers who were not able to help on simple requests or provide information.

Post-tenancy its near enough impossible to get a straight answer regarding our deposit, not to mention the person we were dealing left the business without telling us. Takes 3-5 working days to get a simple yes or no answer.

I would advise to avoid at all cost.

Great service from Julian Wadden overall and from Nicola Viner in particular.
We’d moved over from another local estate agent and the difference was stark. Nicola was proactive, supportive, patient and went well above and beyond.
The whole team was excellent but we were fortunate to be working with Nicola specifically and couldn’t recommend her enough.

Do not use this firm. I rented a property for 1 year from this company. I advised them i was leaving and returned the keys to their offices. They denied receiving them and have not returned my £1000 + deposit. Unbelievably they have emailed me again today saying thank you for renewing your tenancy. I left the property 1 year ago. Totally incompetent and fraudulent.

Nicola Viner was extremely helpful and responsive to all requests we made as the buyers during the purchase of a property. Although Nicola was acting for the seller, she helped us with various requests and queries, was always prompt with responses, and helped to push the transaction forward to completion.

Before renting our new property our new agent Daniel has been super helpful, quick to reply and thorough.

During our tenancy at the current property the agent we had was prone to mistakes, slow to reply (or not reply at all), most support tickets were picked up only when chased although there were cases where a logged ticket would be picked up very fast. It was usually the follow up if the issue hadn’t been resolved that got ignored. We often got repeat emails asking for extra money we had paid and mistakes in the tenancy agreement were common.
