The brake has stopped working and the bar cannot be moved at all. Service with Amazon and Graco was very poor. We are left with a broken stroller to dispose of and a refund that doesn't cover the cost of a replacement. An incredibly poor product and pointless warranty.

"Poor quality and horrible customer service"

I purchased a lovin hug swing for €145 and it only lasted 2 months… the swing completely stopped working. When I reached out to graco they refused to replace or refund the swing and tried to blame it on us saying we used the wrong plug for the swings cable even though when the swing stopped working we were using batteries and not the plug in. We hadn’t even used the plug in until it stopped working and that’s when we started trying to use different batteries and the plug in to see if it would work which it didn’t and I also tried to tell them this but they were having none of it. It’s just not good enough for me to spend this much money and it only worked for 2 months. Would give no stars if I could.

When they couldn’t provide replacement straps for my high chair (I’d lost them during storage), they sent me a whole new cover and in time for Christmas as well. Excellent and speedy customer service!

I lost a part on my Graco pushchair, so contacted them. They were amazing, I asked if I could purchase a new part, and after afew days a new part arrived in the post. The correspondence was excellent, I would recommend Graco to anyone.

I had a mixed experience with Graco UK. On one hand, their customer service is exemplary. When I contacted them for replacement parts, their representative, Ella, was responsive and efficient, arranging free replacements swiftly. However, I've also encountered quality issues with their strollers. After a year of use, my stroller's frame started making a cracking noise, and a wheel fell off, leaving me without a usable stroller. I purchased a car seat via there website it was 1-2 day delivery I’m still waiting on day 4 I have emailed and phoned and even spoked to dpd who say they still haven’t received my car seat there customer care and service is disgusting my £180 car seat has vanished with no reply to my email and no help over the phone as to where it is not even an offer of a refund if needed quick enough to take ur money but don’t care after you have paid I am contacting trading standards and also giving the go ahead for legal process via my solicitor
