I expected to pay for the replacement cable but they were more than happy to send me a new one free of charge! The lady on the phone was really polite and took my details and it was with me the next day via DPD! Couldn’t ask for better service really!

I lost a shoulder pad from my granddaughter’s Graco buggy.
I emailed Customer Care at Graco to ask if I could buy a replacement. Ella, who replied very promptly, said they did not have a spare parts department, but if they had the part, it would be posted to me free of charge. All I had to do was send a photo of the serial number, to ensure they had the correct pad.
I did so and the following dayI got an email from Ella saying that my part had been posted to me.
I have paid for replacement parts and postage and packing for several things , and not had the exceptional service I got from Ella at Graco.
Well done and thank you so much.

Graco customer care is fantastic. They have helped me to find a Highchair cover as I needed a replacement. They do not manufacture the brand I need, but will send me a cover with no charge as a goodwill gesture. Many thanks to Graco and Caroline in customer care.

Caroline dealt with my query very quickly and was really helpful. After not being able to purchase what I needed they offered to check stock for me and send me out the replacement cover I needed. Graco customer service is outstanding and I will be purchasing a new car seat for my son soon and I definitely will not hesitate to use this brand or recommend to others.
