I emailed Graco as I’d misplaced the newborn inserts for my graco extend and wished to purchase replacements. Ella contacted me back via email almost straight away and organised replacement inserts to be delivered to me within 3-5 working days all free of charge. Such excellent service and easy to contact. I love their products and will continue to purchase from this brand!

"Insert for car seat"
I contacted Graco support as I had been gifted a baby car seat but needed to find the baby insert for it but I was unsure of the product code to be able to buy it.
Ella contacted me and not only located the correct insert that I needed but is sending it free of charge. I think that Graco are amazing and I will now be buying a travel cot from them as they have been so helpful, courteous and professional.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Graco for baby products.

"Terrible "
I put a lot of faith into Graco and have always purchased their products for my baby but after having a stroller for a year the frame made ma cracking noise followed by a wheel falling off. I wasn’t walking over a road when this happened but imagine if it did??? That shouldn’t happen after a year and I always look after my stuff. Now I’m left without a stroller and unable to take my son out.

"Superb Customer Service"
I purchased a Graco pushchair for my granddaughter. The item has a two year guarantee but after twelve months the frame snapped. I contacted Graco and their customer services were superb! We purchased a new Graco pushchair and returned the damaged one to Graco yesterday. We received a full refund today. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them.

Ordered Turn2Me™ i-Size R129. Waited for 1 months just to figured out DPD returned it because Graco did a mistake.
Asked for help and they said they cannot do anything. Was left out without 300 eur for two months.
