The Graco high chair seat pad had a stain which couldn’t be removed. An email with a couple of photos was all I had to do and just over a week later a new one arrived and the high chair looks like new again.

Wonderful experience, thank you Henriette. I washed the covers to my car seat but somehow lost the white clip that fits the bottom pad into place. Henriette responded immediately and explained that they don't sell accessories but will post me out the clip free of charge. Hopefully it will arrive before half term so I won't have a problem travelling. Thank you very much.

Actualización: hice un pedido de una silla de bebé de coche que consistía en dos piezas, la base isofix y la propia silla. Me cobraron ambas, pero en el envío vino sólo la silla y no la base isofix, y nadie sabía nada de la base, ni el transportista (Seur), ni la propia tienda. Después de mes y medio escribiéndoles y despotricando de ellos en redes sociales, he de decir que lo han solucionado y me han enviado la base isofix. No volvería a comprarles nada, pero creo que es justo decir que finalmente solucionaron el problema.

"Staying for customer service"

Have purchased a Graco for my first son. Four years later it served us well and was used for my second until it was just too big for what we needed. So we bought a Graco stroller for the two year old this year. Never had an issue with the buggy but the stroller started to become hard to push as the two front wheels stiffened in the last couple of weeks.

Contacted Graco support and explained. Sent across the details and the requested video and asked for replacement wheels. Recieved them about 4 days later.

I bought Graco stuff (including the car seats) due to a bunch of YouTube reviews. Now I plan to keep on buying Graco due to their excellent customer services. As long as they continue, I'm happy to be their customer.
