"Cool Carri Chef"
We have a Carri Chef BBQ and we took it on a family camping holiday for the first time this year. There was a large group( 20) of us and we used it to prepare Breakfasts ( sausage, fried and poached eggs, bacon, beans etc) and Evening meals( pizza, fajitas, & traditional bbq food). All cooked really well and there was enough space on the bbq for everyone. We have used it many times over the year and can honestly say it's been well worth the purchase. Fully recommend.

Great product and customer service. We had an issue with our Cadac Carri Chef 2 which occurred near the end of the warranty period. After an initial minimal delay in arranging collection the issue was dealt with quickly by the Cadac team and a replacement has been delivered today! The service was fantastic and we are delighted the issue was resolved so quickly and professionally by the very helpful Cadac team.

I have nothing but good things to say. Faulty stem and base wouldn’t come apart. Allison offered to collect the faulty bits and replace them. Collection of the faulty bits was a bit of a problem but in the end she sent the replacement bits before finally collecting the faulty bits. Communication was excellent. Thanks for the service

Had a super quick resolution to an issue I had with the lid/cover on CADAC 2 COOK 2 PO. After e-mailing all the details requested I received the lid next day. Very impressive.

Great products and customer service. I've been using the Carry Chef 2 on a weekly basis at home during the summer and the Safari Chef Pro for park visits etc...
Amazing products! I did have a small issue with one of the regulators, I emailed Cadac and got a response then next day asking for more info which I sent. They have now shipped a replacement regulator so I should be back braai'ing before the weekend!

"If I could give Cadac a zero star…"
If I could give Cadac a zero star rating I would. Their customer service is absolutely awful. I would never again recommend buying their products.
I had been a big fan of Cadac, until this summer when my relatively new device had a fault. They’ve spent six weeks messing me around, with barely any replies to my messages. There is no customer service phone number (and they wouldn’t provide one when I asked). They said they had fixed my device but sent it back exactly the same as it was and are in no hurry (still) to fix it properly or replace it. The tone of the messages from the warranty dept are brusque - they constantly imply through their tone that they don’t want to know..
NEVER BUY A CADAC PRODUCT, they are not a reputable company.
