Had a plastic collar melt on my Cadak safari chef 2 BBQ. It was only 4 years old and I thought that it would be a non-serviceable part and would have to buy a new BBQ!
I emailed CADAC UK customer services , they knew what the problem was and sent out a spare part free of charge. All within 5 days which is very good service.

The service response and communication from Cadac has been excellent we’re very happy with the outcome.
One very small issue is the item was perched from Camping International this company was emailed twice at the beginning and we never did receive any response.
I would say if they’re a nominated supplier then they should respond in some way even to say you need to contact Cadac directly.
