Purchased a Cadac BRAAI40 electric BBQ last weekend, and decided to test before going away in the the caravan....so glad we did as it went faulty after once up to temperature. Set to 300deg C with the pizza stone installed, got to temp and the threw E-01 error up (temp probe), turned off, no change, it then started reading 0deg C for a while. Once cooled down started reading again (100deg C)...clearly a faulty thermistor. Will be going back as no faith in the product now and defiantly can not rely on it for a weeks away only cooking device...heaven knows how it would deal with cold and damp conditions.

Thermometer had condensation and wasn't clearing, they kindly sent a replacement incredibly quickly. Love the BBQ, ideal for caravanning.

We purchased a Cadac earlier this year which we absolutely love. Unfortunately, its ignition didn’t work so we contacted Cadac and they gave us the option of a replacement part or they could collect and repair. We opted for the part which arrived quickly and was easy to replace and now the ignition works a treat. Really good product with great customer service.

Contacted Cadac customer services, as after purchasing the leg levellers and trying to fit while on site, I managed to lose the little nut that keeps the whole thing tightened and on the leg. I asked for a replacement nut which the lady agreed to send me in the post. Well after a couple of days, it arrived - not just the nut, but a completely new leveller. Well done Cadac for excellent customer service, but going above and beyond what I actually expected.

I contacted Cadac sending images of failing parts, immediate response saying they deal with problems in arrival order. They sent a new Cadac Safari Chef 30 within 2 weeks. I did not have to send any parts back which would have been a hassle. Excellent telephone help spoke to a real human !!

This is our second Cadac ( first one still working but leave at home and have one in camper) unfortunately our new just wasn’t working quite right we contacted the team and they arranged to collect, fault was found and it was decided just to send a replacement instead of repairing great service quick and efficient and Carol friendly and and knowledgable
