bought a cadac safari after a friends recommendation, very nice product BUT, you cannot buy Cadac gas cannisters locally even from Cadac authorised dealers.You can buy on line but you have to pay twice the price because of delivery charges between £12 and £15 for a 500m cartridge...extortionate.
I contacted Cadac only to be told they dont dont influence who stocks their products and to Buy a Coleman or go gas as they have the same fittings.. I then went onto Cadacs website to see what they charge for cartridges, dont know as they are out of stock. About time they pulled their socks up and made sure their products are easily available

Bought Safari Chef 30 but fat pan arrived with small chip on enamel. Replacement fat pan sent right away with no issues. Great service!

A swift response and good service the part was sent out to me straight away.
However I think the problem is going to be an ongoing one.
I purchased the Cadac Pro 3 in late April this year and have used it on three occasions. I am really pleased with its performance and it’s a great all rounder but one of the small heat resistant feet on the grill has split and had to be replaced already. There are four on each grill pan and eight in total, I hope this isn’t going to be a regular thing after such a short period of time. It would be a great you could look into the problem as they seem a little bit of a flimsy delicate item to me.

I had a problem with my Cadac BBQ and contacted customer service. I unfortunately couldn't provide proof of purchase as it was a gift so therefore they were under no obligation to help.... however they went above and beyond and sent me replacement parts free of charge!

Outstanding customer service rarely seen these days. Carol was so helpful and I would definitely recommend buying CADAC!

We had some defective parts which Cadac arranged to collect (after sending photos and other information) within 24 hours. The new replacement parts were sent out straight away. Absolutely fantastic service!
