"Faulty Cadac Trio Power Pak"
I had an issue with two faulty gas canister ports on the Cadac Trio Power Pak (Model 370) and the service received from the Warranty Team was excellent.
I used their contact form on the website and they responded within the hour. The issue was resolved within 4 hours and a replacement is being sent today.

I’d been searching for a replacement grill for my bbq for sometime with no joy. I contacted cadac uk and Allison from customer services got back to me the next day. She supplied me with an invoice for the part I was looking for and it was delivered 2 days later. Amazing assistance, quality part and fast delivery. Thanks Allison and cadac for your help. I give this company a 1 star for their terrible customer service when something goes wrong.
We all know and understand that on occasions things do go wrong, the reflection on a company and how good it is will what they do the the problem to take ownership and resolving it.
When we contacted them with a problem they were not interested. A new purchase of a grill which came with a cover, the first use revealed a poor seam on this causing it to split open. One would think that a simple apology and a replacement of the offending product, which would probably be minimal cost at trade price, no they made a big deal about it, wanted to see pictures, TWICE, we sent them and they "did not get them" despite the massage being shown as "delivered" so we sent a second set and had no reply, six more messages generated no reply, we gave up as the time and effort was just not worth it.
I guess by not replying they win since we never got a replacement, that however is very short sighted as now we have posted a negative review and will NEVER buy from them again, not only that but we make an active point of tell people how bad the service was, not only on our Vlog but person to person.
Any company that would risk loss of customers by treating brand loyalty this way deserves bad reviews and to lose customers as a result.

Only contacted for advice on converting our existing Cadac or sourcing 50mbar compatible Cadacs but must say the response was excellent and very helpful indeed

Had a problem with cadac safari - after contacting the company they sent a courier to collect it. Within 48 hours contacted me again to say a new base unit would be despatched which I have now received.

Having used my Citi Chef 50 throughout the summer I can honestly say it’s one of the best purchases I have made. So simple to use, it’s large grill easily copes when we have family get togethers and it’s really easy to clean. We also purchased a Pizza Stone and a Paella Pan as the cooking surface can easily be changed unceasing it’s practicality. Wouldn’t be without it 5 stars 👏🏻👍🏻
