This power station was purchased for use when camping, power outages and use in emergancies .A robust and easy to use appliance , that does all that is asked of it. Charging takes less time than expected. All in all value for money.

I was looking for part for pressure washer and found I could get replacement for the recoil pull start and I ordered on and it fits and the delivery was very fast all in all very happy

Delivery was quick, and the crate the welder was in was substantial.... but the welder was dead on arrival.
Having done my research before purchase, I was already expecting to have to open the machine up - and found two connectors had pulled out of their sockets due to a simple lack of cable ties during manufacture. Also tightened all the high-current tags, some of them were decidedly slack.
In summary: a good machine at a reasonable price, but do a quick visual of the insides before plugging it in.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM IN OVER 15 YEARS. CUSTOMER SERVICES NON EXISTENT DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR REPLY TO EMAILS. IF YOU NEED SOME HELP WITH A PRODUCT THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. IF YOU EVER NEEDED TO MAKE A CLAIM ON THE WARRANTY YOU WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM. SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY AVOID.
