Thanks to Josh Rogers of Ald Automotive - I had emailed about arranging my car end of lease pick-up, and Josh phoned me to deal with it, which was much better than email tag! Josh even called me back to give me time to sort my diary. I found him very helpful, very professional, and all was confirmed and sorted with no fuss.

What ever you do, do not use this company for your lease. I got a lease in December I pay extra for service and MOT. I brought the car for MOT and now the vehicle is not drivable. The garage explain that the car has historic electrical issues. I call up they tell me 6 month warranty is expired, so you’ll have to cover all cost yourself. There is nothing they can do. No ownership no care just cover the cost and get on with it.

Had to re-book a vehicle collection. Laura F dealt with the call and was a pleasure to deal with; pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable (a rare thing these days).

"A disgrace. A caravan of fools. "

The “caravan of fools” immediately came to mind when I reflected on the level of service, or more accurately the disservice extended by ALD. Indignant, extremely slow to respond, bureaucratic beyond belief, rude, obstructive and absolutely no commitment to customer satisfaction. A brief summary of events:

Lease a car, incorrect number plates fitted, issues with police because police records do not reconcile - they expect to see a Porsche but we’re driving a Mercedes. 6 months of back and forth with Wessex that accomplishes nothing and then ultimately receive notification from their compliance manager who allegedly reviewed the case and established that “they’d done nothing wrong” despite acknowledging and accepting that they’d fitted the wrong plates in the first instance and despatch of correct plates 2 years into the vehicle lease. Ha ha ha… It’s either laugh or cry and we choose to laugh. An absolute disgrace and I recommend whole heartedly that you give these imbeciles a miss.

I am slightly older and find some of the online forms etc a challenge. ALD were very patient and helped me a great deal. I would recommend them in the future.

Just returned a Tesla after a 3 year business lease.

Throughout the whole contract ALD were very helpful with any questions.

The return of the car was seamless and they were massively fair with the review upon return.
