"Fantastic product & onboarding service"

Josh was beyond helpful with getting everything set up perfectly. He has taken multiple calls, helped iron out every crease and has overall been a pleasure to work with. After 2 years of using another software, where we were used to no reply and constant troubleshooting issues - this has been a real dream come true. Thank you to Josh & Shiptheory!

Always friendly, patient and knows the app inside and out, Josh can answer questions or find a solution in a heartbeat. He's attentive and calls or emails to check up / amend a shipping rule that I may have incorrectly set-up, before I even know it's not quite right. Thanks so much!

What a simple and effective solution! and what amazing customer service. I feel like I've had my hand held through the set up process and even had unexpected calls and emails from real humans just checking everything is ok - how refreshing! I'm still marvelling at the ease we print our shipping labels out every day, the time saved by not having to faff around with applying postage to individual orders in Click and Drop has saved us more than the monthly fee in a few days, and I feel more than confident that if anything goes wrong someone is on the end of a phone to sort it out in minutes (not had to wait in a queue yet) Very very impressed, and even happier that they are just up the road from us in Bristol (UK)

"Onerous manual process to ensure cancelled or duplicate orders are not shipped."

We use this with WoodCommerce and have been doing for a couple of years now and it's OK but some major quirks that we have to get round with quite an onerous, manual checking process. Some aspects are good but other aspects are poor which means we have to spend up to 90 mins a day cross checking labels against orders. Just to add, it is setup correctly so not an integration issue. The orders are supposed to automatically print the night before shipping. We ship orders on a specific date that customers request at the point of ordering, and we have to implement a 3 step process to ensure the orders are shipped on time and not shipped more than once. I imagine it has happened with other users but they just haven't realised that they have shipped some orders more than once. On numerous occasions we find labels randomly print out twice, or not on the date they are suppose to print out, hence why we have to have the manual checks. Sometimes orders don't have to print at all. There is also no way of cancelling labels/orders in ShipTheory. You can cancel through the "View Scheduled", or allegedly can, but we find again, the labels will randomly print and these are for orders that have been cancelled or refunded in WooCommerce. The system needs a feature where if you cancel an order in Shiptheory it is actually does not print. We have raised this a number of times with Shiptheroy but it seems to fall on deaf ears.
