Excellent Customer Service! I started at my job in June and I have never worked with any kind of shipping management platform, nevermind Shiptheory, so I found it quite daunting. However, the customer service is above and beyond! Any problem I've had, I email Customer Support and I've had a response within 24 hours. Not only have they been fast with their replies, they've also worked really hard to walk me through the platform, teach me about the features and even help me with my Shopify platform. Can't recommend their customer service enough - a special shout out to George who has been particularly kind and helpful!
