We have been using Shiptheory for some time now and they are always reliable and professional. The service they offer is perfect for the needs of our SME. We use multiple carriers, and delivery services are selected automatically based on the rules which we have put in place within our account.

The online tutorials and instructions are clear so set-up was easy, and the technical support from staff has always been helpful, easy to access and fast.

Having previously used Metapack for our label integration, we are now using Shiptheory which is an all round better experience.

If something is not answered there and then , they keep the loop open on feeding back updates to us.
