"R710 Classic Vinatage TUNTURI BIKE"

Good morning,


Hope was a little dashed after my elderly mother-in-law approached me about problems she recently experienced on her R710 rowing machine TUNUTURI. For rehabilitation purposes and even when she was still healthy, this machine proved to be a rock. Now the seat swings in all directions while rowing.

Tunturi's service agent openly stunned me (that the machine could not be repaired was to be expected given a lack of parts), by giving me technical instructions, which allowed us to restore stability for the most part.

"Tunturi super service"

Onlangs hebben wij een Tunturi spinningbike gekocht. Bij het open knippen van de verpakking van de pedalen had ik per ongeluk in het riempje geknipt. Tot mijn verrassing kreeg ik kosteloos 2 hele nieuwe pedalen toegezonden…! Dat noem ik een prima service. Kunnen veel bedrijven een voorbeeld aan nemen!
Ook de fiets zelf bevalt heel goed. Staat stabiel en fietst fijn😊

"HASARD of FALLING: I contacted customer service for a malfunctioning device."

I contacted customer service for a problem with my treadmill. I sent them a video of my device malfunctioning. When using the remote control to turn down the speed, the speed sometimes just went up out of nowhere, almost causing me to trip and fall. (Or the other way around: slower instead of faster.)


A very arrogant man first told me the device was no longer under warranty, then when I explained it definitely was (only 6 months old) he asked me to send proof of my purchase to make sure the device was still under warranty, even though they can see the date of my purchase in my online account on their own website. Then they wanted me to send a proof of payment because 'some people are not honest'...

They then proceeded to send me a new remote which solved the problem for about a week. After that, the same issue happened again which almost made me fly off the device again.

They then told me to make a new video in which I 'press the buttons calmer' to give the receiver time to react... Remind you it is a sports device. When I told them that how fast I push the buttons should not matter, the receiver should just work correctly, they say that me pressing the buttons too fast might cause the remote to break... If that is the case, then I have some serious doubts about the quality of their devices.

Do I really need to get into the hospital before they will listen?

This all just gives me the intention they are just going to wait around until the warranty is over...

Crappy product, even crappier customer service. I will never ever recommend to anyone.

"Real Customer Service on Equipment 16 years Old Lthat"

I have an old Tunturi running machine T60 and didnt realise exactly how old......I purchased in 2008 and it has worked perfectly since the day i bought it,
Recently a friend used the machine and ran it at maximum height and left in there - It subsequently got stuck in that position
I contacted Customer services, within a day they replied with full instructions and operating manuals along with an assessment of possible problems, also confirmed all parts still available,
This is the best kind of service, knowledgeable, experienced engineers fully committed to provide customer service. based on the information provided and support I'm considering buying a new machine now vs repair based on the age of the equipement. oraten t ed intacted .,r oght , laise

"Excellent Service for Spare Part"

I had a problem with my Tunturi E80 exercise bike no longer allowing adjustments of the resistance level and other similar selections. The Tunturi service department supplied the required spare part promptly and for a reasonable price. The bike is working just fine now.

I'm very happy with the overall experience. The E80 is a great exercise bike made by a great company!

"Onderdeel stepper"

Klein onderdeel aan de stepper na 2 maanden gebruik defect. Wel met gevolg dat het apparaat niet meer bruikbaar was. Na overleg met Tunturi correct en kosteloos opgelost. Prima service

"Hometrainer steeds defect"

We hebben in 2021 een hometrainer gekocht na de operatie voor een nieuwe heup. Na een jaar de display kapot en er is een monteur gekomen. Display vervangen en hij zag dat de riem aan het slijten was dus gelijk een nieuwe gezet. Na een jaar weer de riem gebroken dus fietsen was niet mogelijk. Weer een nieuwe riem gestoken en we konden weer verder. Nu weer een jaar verder en weer de riem kapot. De fiets is 4 jaar oud en is nu toe aan de vierde riem. Dit is de slechtste hometrainer die we ooit gehad hebben.
