Op zaterdag naar Tunturi Experince Center gereden in Hilversum, nog nooit zo slecht geholpen in me leven.
Sterker nog eigenlijk helemaal niet geholpen.
Zaterdag 1 februari klacht neergelegd, heeft het zelfde effect als bij Experince center niet dus.
Nog tussendoor een keer gebeld we hebben achterstand. Dat was het niks meer gehoord.

Heb de HG60 krachtsstation gekocht bij Tunturi. Geweldig apparaat om elke spiergroep te kunnen trainen. Het opbouwen duurde wel even, maar het ging erg soepel aan de hand van de handleiding.
Ik beveel ze zeker aan voor krachtapparatuur.

Was wat onderdelen kwijt.
Via mail contact gehad ordernummers ontvangen en gelijk besteld.
Apparaat weer in orde.
Ook snelle levering.

Toen onze loopband defect was, heeft de service-afdeling van Tunturi (met name Anas!!) zich heel erg ingespannen om de problemen op te lossen. En hoewel het helaas wel lang duurde voor dat het kapotte onderdeel uiteindelijk weer beschikbaar was, heeft Anas alles in het werk gesteld om eerst een afdoende tussenoplossing te verzorgen en - toen dat niet lukte - alsnog het benodigde onderdeel op te sturen en het door een ingeschakelde monteur, thuis te laten monteren. Het lange wachten werd door de uitstekende communicatie en behulpzame instelling van Anas afdoende verzacht. Hulde!

As a lifelong veteran of distance running and stationary cycling (I alternate days, by doctor's prescription after knee surgery in 1976), I was sorry to learn that Tunturi no longer makes friction-belt exercise bikes. They were the best I found, and I relied on them for many years. But I greatly appreciated the honest information and care shown by your representative, Anas, via e-mail. If you have a company hat or shirt for distance runners, I would love to wear it in remaining races .
