"Only interested in making money on…"
Only interested in making money on late payment I have a 25 year lease and cause I did not recive mail which they produce and said they did they add 45npound on my ground rent and were going add another 45 pound I have sent email to them and got a solicitor involved as my ground lease statement agreement with landlord can be increased in then 25 years but they try add money illegal claim for late payment . They broke the 166 ground rent law and were not will to let go to trublite only intresting in sent you letter bully's you to payment . I have going have them removed and pay grown rent to landlord derict cutting them out as it money making scheme you try there portal which does let you use or give you errors and to find a address to sent money is poor . Pure horrible firm and a money making scheme

"Deep concerns"
We are deeply concerned with our dealings with Mainstay thus far and have been given the distinct impression that they are actively trying to sabotage our ownership. They did the same to us as we have read here saying they had sent letters that we did not receive and heavily charged us with late fees. After that was settled, we now have had emails ignored and claims that they have not been received even when we have had out of office notifications to said emails!!!

"Rude staff, unreadable late payment charges despite COVID!!!!"
They charged me a late payment twice because they failed to update the correspondence address on the system (an email was sent out for the first notification but I was not able to pay due the COVID situation). Needless to say they made NO consideration on the COVID situation, I explained to them my partner was out of work and I had a mortgage to pay but hey no they essentially told me to suck it up. The staff was very rude (named Pawel H and Jazz from the credit control team)! Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!

"New property manager"
I have personally seen a big difference to site over the past 6 months since the employment of Sian Robertson. New gardening contractors are excellent and managed well. Her working on fixing historic problems which have been on the back burner for years has made a huge difference. Would’ve given 5 but the residential portal still very frustrating I give the portal 2 stars!. Sian Robertson however is in my opinion a 5 star property manager and one of the best to date. May the positivity continue!

"A good choice for your RMC ."
We have been with Mainstay for four years after a sad experience with a previous Agent ,Encore. We are very pleased with their overall service, their knowledge and commitment .They do not provide us with their full range of services as we are quite hands-on and do a lot of the work ourselves.
Service fee accounting is excellent and a special mention for James who continues to exceed expectations.
They go the extra mile to find out solutions or recommendations to the constant challenges an RMC faces.
Their response times are very good and they do not shy away from the harder issues

I've had a few problems with our property recently and working with Sophia Meads and Lucy Smith, they've been so professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond to keep us informed of the stages of where we were at to get the problems sorted and we're very grateful for all their help.

Great help from Fraser Jarrett at Mainstay to get 2 key fobs re-activated quickly. He deserves 5 stars, but only 4 for whole process as one fob didn't work properly the first time round.

"Used to live in one of the apartment…"
Used to live in one of the apartment blocks, we had neighbors move in next to us who would play very loud music. I rang mainstay I don’t even know how many times and they would never get back to me or sort my problem! I tried asking the caretaker of our building to help. Got nothing! Then I sent an email to the people who manage this particular building and they didn’t even have the decency to email me back!
