Mainstay are always very helpful with anything and are quick to act to sort any issues within the block or grounds that we’ve raised.
The staff are always extremely polite and helpful, especially Fraser who always replies to my emails faster than I can blink!
I know many maintenance companies are awful, however we’ve not had any problems with Mainstay in the 2 1/2 years that we’ve lived here and we hope the great customer service continues!

Worst company iv ever dealt with!!!!!
Mainstay over charge and do not do a satisfactory job! The estate I brought my house from have a contract for these crooks to do the maintenance!!! I was told when buying my house I have to pay a service charge once a year (no problem)
I’m 2 years in with these and I’m being made aware that it’s now twice a year? Because of only just being made aware of this they have added 100s of pounds in fees!! I spoken to a member of staff from mainstay that had a bad attitude and was really arrogant!! I told them I was more than happy to pay what I owe but was not happy paying late charges!!! They claim that they send letters and they don’t! I have a young working family that pay every bill that comes through the door!!! No wonder this country is in a mess with company’s like this causing stress and debt!!!

I have been having difficulties finding who I can and need to speak to regarding my lease. Jessica Haines was amazing! She helped me to unpick the jargon and the names for things to understand who I needed to speak to, then went the extra mile and called me with their contact details. Thank you Jess!

The customer service from Ann Stubbins was excellent but i still think its disgusting that we are getting a service charge when nothing gets done round our area only the other side of the estate

Seriously - these people are UNBELIEVABLE.
They say they wrote to me twice. They did not.
They then add late payment fees of hundreds of pounds?
I need to find out who is in charge of this organisation.
You cannot get through to them on the phone.
That speaks volumes...
THIS IS REALLY QUITE UNBELIEVABLE especially as a lot of people are already suffering due to the pandemic.
I've spoken to other people who have dealt with them.

Absolutely the worst service company I have ever dealt with. ***DO NOT BUY A PROPERTY WITH MAINSTAY AS THE SERVICE PROVIDER*** you will regret it. They charge so much money with no breakdown. Your mental health will suffer. They don’t deal with issues appropriately and charge a lot. The rates increase every 6 months. You can’t make a profit because the service charge is ridiculous. The place does even look clean. What do you do? How can we get rid of this company ? They need to go completely.

"Fabulous team providing awesome service"
I lived in South gardens for 3 years. During that time all my needs and worries were seen to promptly by the concierge team both by email, over the intercom or in person. Especially helpful was them all being willing to deliver mail that had come to them to my front door when I was having to self-isolate.

"Ceiling leak for 4 months now. Vegetative response"
SW London, tenant's ceiling leak since 6th July. Mainstay stalled for months not knowing resident above's flat number even when told, then promised to send a plumber on 16th October, still nothing. Their first knee jerk reaction is to say it's not their pipes and must be resident pipes above but have done no checks to establish this. Utterly useless communication. Mainstay obviously just watch the service charge cash come in and pray the phone doesn't ring so they have to do anything. In 2017 a leak in the communal corridor through electric lights that was thier pipe leaking took 17 weeks and hours to get them to do something and send someone to fix and repair the damage.
