"Complete rip off"

I have just been charged £186.00 in respect of the Consent to Assign fee for selling my house, this organisation is a complete rip off and disgusting. They are charging money for doing nothing and then blackmail you that if you dont pay they will stop the sale of your property. DO NOT USE OR EVER GET INVOLVED WITH THIS ORGANISATION.

I want to say a huge thank you to all of the concierge team at Rossetti Place.

I have lived here for over 4 years and I have been overwhelmed with the service received from the team. Nothing to too much of an ask and they are always so friendly and supportive.

I have really seen a positive difference since Bob took over as building manager, he goes above and beyond every day.

I would also like to mention Katy, Yussuf, Andy and Fred who are always on hand to help with anything.

Just want to say a Big thank you to Joanna Medley and Mandy Millgate for their continuous help in seeing that my business thrives well. I recently set up a Dry Cleaning business in one of the commercial units on the Victory Pier Estate in Gillingham managed by Joanna. Since I signed my lease, she and her entire him have always gone way and beyond to ensure that I am well supported.

She has willingly offered herself as a go-to person when I need any help and trust me -I have needed quite a lot. Recently, she was able to identify some accounting errors in my lease that resulted in a reduction in bills. I cant say thank you enough for that.

They even offered to distribute fliers of my business in every flat of the estate and currently working on how to ensure I have more visibility in the Estate. Who does that?

Despite managing over 1000+ apartments on the Estate, Joanna always seem to create enough time to attend to even the smallest of my queries.

Starting a business is daunting and I cant say thank you enough to Joanna, Mandy and the entire team for being exceptionally helpful,

Fraser Jarrett has helped where property managers event even bothered too, there has been a massive turnover in my property managers changing often, Fraser cut the bushes and hedges outside due to an expected infestation problem and also got our door numbers updated as the ink had worn away and parcel deliverers were getting mixed up with the buzzers they were pressing, surely this is the job of a property manager to review and inspect all of these things, but Fraser is the only one who has got things actioned straight away, he is an asset to your company, its a shame no one else cares as much as he does to deliver customer service!

Excellent communications and service by Mainstay Residential at Banner Brook Park Coventry. They have always provided on time solutions for all repairs / issues and requests etc raised. They offer high quality residential management. Would like to give a big Thank you to Stephen Preater who has always been on top of everything, good Communications and very Efficient. Thanks.

I have stayed at the main stay in Cincinnati Ohio for 2 months and Dorian Ware has been outstanding and so has Holly I recommend them both to have manger positions without them the place is a dump thanks Dorian and holly

"Building mobile phone masts on apartment blocks"

Mainstay have sold the rights to the roof of our apartment building, so Vodafone can build a 5G phone mast on it. We will literally be sleeping and living directly underneath the phone mast, which will also look incredibly ugly bolted to the sides of the building.
There was absolutely no consultation with the people that live in the building, and all emails on the subject are ignored.

Budenberg is a great place to live and if it wasn’t for mainstay I would probably still have kept my apartment.
Mainstay want to screw every last penny out of all of us and our lovely site manager doesn’t give a toss about anyone but herself and her £70,000 wages. God knows what her boss earns but they are a bunch of parasites for sure.
The way I see it, Urban Splash, Mainstay, E&J estates, New Islington utilities and Switch2 all pee in the same pot, even the council tax banding of Budenberg apartments is higher than what they should be.
When the great man Sir Norman Foster designed the building I bet it wasn’t his intention for all these low lifes to screw us every way they can.
The best thing the residents can do is kick Mainstay out asap and then get control of the boilers and tell switch2 to take a running jump too.
It cost me £5,000 to sell my apartment because of all the extras that Mainstay insisted I paid before leaving.
The apartments value should be far higher than what they are because mainstay are driving down the value by making things difficult for everybody.
There are many good people living at Budenberg but don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, I do.
Mainstay are a disgrace, they are modern day highway men and women.

"Bunch of pathetic bullies!"

Exhorbitant service charges, bullying, pathetic behaviour, unprofessional and totally classless. They employ male only security staff that harrass owners especially females for no particular reason. A nightmare to deal with. Currently getting together with other owners for right to self manage.
