After paying over half a 36mth agreement. I terminated the contract with them, under the early termination act which if you read your contract you can do as long as you have paid the amount they state in that agreement. Since then I checked my credit file and this company have gone and attached a default/repossession notice, which is a complete LIE. I had not defaulted on the finance, just exercised my rights to terminate early under Early termination Act 99. This company will ruin your credit file if you exercise your consumer rights

"Miss selling at its finest"

Was all set to go with the car finance with paents as agrwe'd. Been through all my incominfo and outgoings. Everything was fine. Emailed bank statements and the day before I was set to pick up car they decided I couldn't afford it. . . I sent the bank statements to prove the incomes exactly as I told them yet it somehow became not good enough.
They claim that the underwriters decided this yet on the website they "claim" all decisions are made by employees in house not a computer. Asked for the underwriters to call and explain but they don't make or take calls....
Wouldn't have minded so much but I have paid for train ticket's to pick up car tomorrow that are non refundable
