In all honesty the service initially was good, and the actual finance product was good. I realise I would pay a higher APR and I thought that is where it would end.
However the car was riddled with problems and has been off the road in garages for over a month, TCFC have ignored my request to negotiate with them with an all in all it has left me a little disappointed. I think it is poor customer service not to make any attempt to assist.
However I have been approached by a group who are supporting customers against this company. Email problemswithtcfc @outlook.com

Bought a car last June from Concept car credit. Car was ridiculously overpriced but me being in need of a car, and being told that that was the only 1 of 2 cars I could choose, I agreed. 6500 for a 2010 seat ibiza. After agreement signed that bumped it to near 11k... was promised 500 cash back and a new parcel shelf... a week later was phoned by concept to say they needed more documents even though I had the car, as the finance company wouldn't pay them, if not they would come and take the car. Even though I paid insurance tax etc. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. 5 month later no parcel shelf or 500 cash back so I started ringing... hassle after hassle they sent me 200. Yes 200, not 500... tried asking about parcel shelf was told "sort it yourself they are only x amount from scrapyards" ?!? When I signed agreement they offered 130 a month but I wanted it paid off sooner so I asked to pay the highest which was 280... due to ill health I had to leave my job and only work part time elsewhere. Asked if I could pay 150 a month until found ether employment and was basically told no if I didn't pay they'd take the car. I then had a leak... was told wasnt covered and had to sort myself, so I did and garage told me car has previously been in an accident... wasnt disclosed to me?! Car still shows auction sticker when windows mist up almost a year later!! Also due to a faulty Box the car left me stranded with a newborn on 2 occasions! No one came out to fix so paid for hire car for 3 days! Eventually I removed the box and reattached ignition, just so I could get what I paid for!! Car is now off road, managed to find a decent finance company for a 2012 car diesel too, alot bigger only costing me only 3500 and 130 a month for 2 years with the deposit I paid. big difference!! these people are cowboys and I'm refusing to pay. They wont find the car. It's in a locked compound with box and tracker removed. I will be waiting until they send court letters when I shall happily show them what I was promised, what I received and what sort of service they offered. Will be contacting watchdog too. They fill you full of lies just to sign agreement..

Their more than happy to take your money at the beginning, minute you've paid your due's, an want to voluntary terminate, they don't want to know also currently being put on hold for up to 18 to 25 minutes per time. To only have the calls hung up before even speaking to any one, When you do eventually get through all they do is blag it an say you got through to the wrong department. Theirs only 4 options i had called 6 times in space of an hour an half, so lets do the maths, which department could it be? Also call handlers was rude and obnoxious 1 in fact as i explained it has now cost me £23 in calling credit just to resolve the issue replied with PLEASE DON'T USE THREATENING BEHAVIOUR? like whaaaaat? then it made Sense as the manager snatched the phone an got all high rated an upadee chanting how shes a manager my response well that's nice for you i OWN multiple businesses an asked are you actually going to help me or continue to waste my time, she wanted to rant on about how i've been speaking to her ? further wasting my time, What she didn't know is i too was recording the call due to making multiple attempts in just simply arranging a time an date to VT an about to take it to consumers rights an the watchdogs for their embarrassing behaviour, so i was being more than polite on the phone... Eventually i got hold of someone who said they'd send a letter out in regards to a VT still waiting 9 days later?
Letters or not even needed all they have to do is arrange a time and date to pick up the vehicle, if their not quick am going to sorn it, remove the tax an insurance that their hoping il continue to pay to make life easy for them come collection and i will allow it to be crushed. My opinion is that they've had 3 weeks in total to deal with the situation, it's what they do an as of now its their responsibility.

good no hassle service,, great staff.. just get a better valeting company, took me 3 hours to get the car into what i would call a newly bought car standard.. under the seats need a clean too you know
