"Disgusting company"

Absolutely disgusted with these cowboys!!! My partner was approved for finance everything was fine and ready to go. They agreed to finance a car that was in Bradford ( we live in Scotland) so my partner sold his old car put down a deposit on the new car and booked and paid for his train tickets. On the day he was meant to collect the car no one showed up at the dealership to meet him, after phoning them, they explained that they weren't taking on new customers and that his agreement had been cancelled. Not a single person from this joke of a company phoned or emailed him to tell him!!!! He made a journey that was hundreds of miles away and ended up stranded in Bradford with no way of getting home. This is absolutely shocking and disgusting ... AVOID AVOID AVOID THESE PEOPLE absolute disgrace how they can treat someone like this. We are taking this further !!!!!!

from my initial call from the car finance co I could not have been happier, treated as a person and not as a score on a computer, we now have something that I never thought possible, a very nice 2010 fiat punto.
1st class customer service and everything explained in easy to understand language, we pick our car up yesterday and we are very very happy, thank you to Abbie who met with us at the dealership last week, and thank you to the car finance co for helping us and sorting us out some much needed wheels :-)

Met a guy at the dealership a week ago one n half hours doing paperwork bank statements etc the dealership was 22 miles away, got told passed all checks and it should be able to pick car up today, when i rang them i was told they were trying to call me ( no missed calls tho on either 3 phones ) the company cancelled my agreement and are not taking anymore finance agreements on at present. They should have continued my agreement as i spent time and money going to the dealership which was not round the corner.
Maybe i had a lucky escape eh ?
Would recommend you to steer clear especially after reading some of these reviews, shame i didnt in the first place but at least im clued up now.

It all started off really well, got approved for finance and started looking for a car. Was about to purchase one this week when they suddenly cancelled all new finance agreements without any explanation at all. Obviously doesn't sound good at all if they are being told not to take new applications. I may have had a lucky escape by the sounds of it. Looks like i will have to carry on driving my old car and save up instead. Definitely won't be going back to them and i doubt they will show this feedback either.
