I called to buy a vehicle from them and was instantly asked i was cash or finance, i said finance at first and all seemed fine, though to view the vehicle i would have to apply for the finance first due to covid rules. I then offered to pay the cash price in order to get to view the vehicle in which he immediately replied that the vehicle has been sold via another outlet, Sorry
It seems that Covid is being used to push finance and these do not sell vehicle, they only sell finance.

Had a Seat Ibiza in 2015, kept it for 18 months before I did a voluntary termination, to be honest the APR was high, paying £215.36 per month! but they did help rebuild my credit file... the code thing is stupid but I guess that's what happens when your considered "high risk" 5 years later i have a mortgage and pay the same amount of money monthly on an 65 plate Audi A4 black edition! With an Apr of 6.9% so long terms if you make payments on time it does help you.

I can say that such a company with a great name in Europe, works with people who have no experience in selling cars, and I say this because I bought a car, I was not allowed to check the car, I stayed for more documents well for 3 hours to cause me to lose my patience and interest in doing a small test drive and to see what is wrong with the car. After 3 hours in which I waited with my wife and newborn baby girl, that the delar can finish the cotract, I was given a car with an empty tank, I could run out of gas in the middle of the night with a new born, from the deler to the first station peco are about 3 miles ... we noticed that the windows in the car did not work, the electric seat defective, the carpet cut in the driver's side and the tires below the limit to be used. I returned the next day to the site in Southampton where I bought the car and no action was taken, plus I recently tried to pay a sum of money from the total cars and the payment was not allocated. Poor communication and bad opinion about Southampton doves

Awful service from awful complaints team, Asif, Chris, a poor manager Jason Who watched my complaint get worse and worse and never intervened. I was denied a chance to speak to a manager, and fobbed of all because Asif said he didn’t like my attitude, big suprise for you guys disgruntled customers usually are a bit abrupt!
Would never recommend this company which is a shame as had a car loan for sometime but only had issues in 2020 with this shambles of a team.
Time for some customer-service training guys!!

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune get to stumble across when I was in a bad situation.
Handed the car back when I lost my job due to company going into administration almost 18 months ago. Only this month did it appear on my credit file. They are trying to charge me for the car even though they took it back along with my sat nav and other items in the boot of the car!
Spent most of my time on calls, emails trying to get codes and make payments because of their constant mess ups.
Advisors seemed to never know anything and passed you around a lot.
Promises were made and never fulfilled.

FYI i will not pay you guys anything until you return the same car with same miles and same items locked inside! If you can’t then I guess you can chase it for 6 years as my credit took a massive hit I have nothing to loose anymore.
You will get nothing from me! Your scummy tactics, shocking customer service and trading standards are appalling and how your still trading surprises me!

Now I will challenge the default date and report you to FOS and have your trading practices looked into in your old name and new.
All emails and calls were recorded so they should hale an interesting read ahead.
