Rude arrogant customer service team would never in my life use these again I have 13months left on my agreement when it's done I am going to have a party car is worth a poxy £450 & was only worth that when I brought it from fowlers the customer service team claim your a liar when clearly your not avoid these like the plague

I was under the impression from Dan that it was a sone deal and it was all approved I was just waiting to meet with Julie to sign the agreement/contract. However, when I spoke to Julie I needed hard copies of bank statements for the last two months, my passport and a device was to be fitted to the car. None of this was explained to me. If I knew I had all the running around to the bank to do I would of left it for now as I had a very busy week so I had to rush to the bank for these then hunt my passport out. The device was never mentioned or explained to me so all in all I wasn't 100% happy with the service as I wasn't informed about important parts of the transaction. Julie however explained everything in detail.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY I HAD A FORD MONDEO WHICH HAD NUMEROUS FAULTS FROM A COMPANY IN MANCHESTER AND ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER HAD A FORD FOCUS FROM A COMPANY IN SHEFFIELD BOTH FINANCED THROUGH TCFC I GOT THE FINANCE OMBUDSMEN INVOLVED AND SENT CAR BACK THEY THEN HAD CHEEK TO SAY THEY STILL WANTED 5000 PAYING EVEN THOUGH THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED UNFIT FOR PURPOSE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

"Avoid TCFC at all costs"

Avoid TCFC at all costs, even if you're desperate. They claw you in, approve you through all stages and give you the all clear before calling you to do an income and affordability assessment while youre half way (45 miles of 90) there to collect the car - that doesn't take into account student finance or even grants (13k of my 21k income) - which is there to cover living costs, yet they are happy to approve and accept someone who recieves housing benefits. They are time wasters and I am glad we haven't been approved as we will now be patient, wait until I get my student finance payment and buy a decent car from a company with good reviews, with cash. No interest, just a straight deal and drive away. If the cars are anything like the company policies (and by all accounts they are) then you're certainly NOT onto a winner. Be patient, save up and buy the car outright.

Having read 95% bad reviews it must be true so i wont be using this company.they clearly dont care and mislead customers also you will pay over twice what the cars worth apr they charge is a ripp off STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

The process of applying for finance was brilliant. Efficient and straightforward. However having the choice to pay £120 for delivery of the vehicle or having to drive for 2 hours to pick up the vehicle up was a bit disappointing. You need either more dealerships or your existing ones need to be better located. Everyone working for car finance was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

"DO NOT USE"

I had to tap 1 star or it wouldn't let me type. I didn't want to give any stars.
I financed my car through them .it developed a fault so they told me to contact the dealer as it was still in warranty. They then had it for 6 WEEKs.after a few weeks it then had another fault.they insisted I had to return it to fowlers their partners and I couldn't use my own garage.so I did.not seen my car since.fowlers say the car finance picked it up.the car finance company are telling me they didn't. So no one
Knows where my car is yet expect me to pay for it.
Do not use either company. They are unprofessional and I am in the process of reporting them to trading standards and the pursuing this as far as I can.they need closing down.
